With Zenith Technologies rapidly expanding, the focus on recruiting graduates has increased with more and more opportunities being presented on sites around the globe. Working with some of the most well-known vendors, technologies and life science customers, we offer great career development and training – along with excellent travel opportunities and salary. The graduate opportunities vary from Process & ChGraduate Day emical Engineering to Business Information Systems and Electrical & Control Engineering. The graduate process entails a multi-regional induction, as well as training and hands-on experience throughout.

With several Non-EU graduates working for Zenith, the graduate scheme is shown to attract a diverse variety of skilled engineers. Bin Zeng, a non-EU graduate MES Engineer, gained countless attainments and stated: “I was just a non-EU Graduate without any work experience, who was struggling to be invited for an interview. Today, I’ve been given opportunities to join different teams and work on various projects”. After obtaining a BSc in Computer Science at University College Cork (UCC), Zenith has allowed Zeng to enhance his skills and expertise on projects including service transitions, serialization support and ITCP testing.

Zohaib Ali is a current Junior Automation Engineer and has also emanated through Zenith Technologies as a graduate, joining us just over a year ago. He has already enriched himself with a mass amount of experience, being involved intensely with a Systems Integration project for our client William Grant and Sons – a leader in the whisky distillery business based in Girvan, Scotland. The project has included the installation of a new Integrated Distillation Control System with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for the client’s new distillery. Joining as a junior engineer, Zohaib was given an extensive number of tasks – focusing predominantly on the process functionality and Human-Machine Interface designs (using Wonderware’s Archestra System Platform and InTouch). Responsibilities ranged from understanding the functionality of the distillery and attending HAZOP meetings, to contributing towards the Functional Design Specification (FDS). It was also tasked upon Zohaib to compile sequences, to create reports, configure I/O objectives on the ArchestrA System Platform & logically dissect P&ID drawings for different levelled graphic screens. These tasks proliferate significantly and ensured that Zohaib gained a vast array of hands-on experience and knowledge. Zohaib works both in the UK Zenith office and on-site.

Zohaib commented Since working for Zenith my professional career has excelled and I have been able to put the theory I attained in education to practical use. I have also advanced my knowledge regarding new technologies and gained first-hand experience in a practical working environment.”
