Now more than ever the Life Sciences industry depends on having the right engineers, with the right skill sets to succeed. Engineering recruitment is pertinent for the future of digital transformation. The career opportunities that Zenith Technologies has to offer engineers has never been more exciting for our existing employees and new recruits.

2019 was an extremely successful year for us; we won our third consecutive Best Place to Work award and achieved NSAI ISO 27001 certification. Zenith also became part of the Cognizant group of companies, a convergence which brings together the IT expertise of Cognizant and the operational technology (OT) experience of Zenith, to create a partner of choice for Life Sciences customers who want to capitalise of the promise of Industry 4.0.

In 2020 our capabilities will extend from design implementation and consultancy, to business transformation, covering all IT, OT and Internet of Things (IoT) applications, infrastructures and services within the Life Sciences sector. The learning curve will be invigorating, challenging and advantageous to all engineers who are a part of it.

During 2019, Zenith engineers made their mark in the industry, completing 1481 Life Science projects and booking over 1.2 million engineering hours, helping get life-saving medicines to those who need it most. Some of our high-profile, industry leading projects include;

  • The completion of a multi-million-euro DeltaV™ implementation/system integration and commissioning project for a leading next generation global biologic facility in mainland Europe
  • A multi-million-euro system integration project for a leading global Biotech company in Ireland
  • Multiple serialisation projects across the globe
  • A major front-line support contract for a global pharmaceutical client in Ireland, where our engineers will offer day to day automation support

These projects would not have been possible without the innovation and dedication of our highly skilled engineers. Helping our customers every day, in their goal to manage patient conditions and save lives is one of the main driving forces behind our success.

Despite the uncertainty of Brexit and a global skills shortage, 2019 still saw significant investment within the Life Sciences sector with companies continuing to invest in new biologic facilities and illustrating strong growth plans as we go into 2020. The career potential within Zenith has never looked so promising.

There are many opportunities to join our dynamic team, and in 2020 and beyond we’ll be working on some of the most thought-provoking projects in the fourth revolution age. We are continuously looking for dedicated and driven talent of all levels. We have a strong culture of employee teamwork, ethics and continuous improvement, and are committed to developing the skills and career potential of all our people.
