Brendan O'Regan, Founder
As a successful entrepreneur and Senior Executive , Brendan built and organically grew a number of technology companies, sourcing and building strong technical and management teams, expanding geographically and dealing with the cultural and management challenges of going global. As an Experienced Technologist, with a proven track record of technical excellence in process automation and control, Brendan has leveraged best in class technologies to deliver true business benefit to customers. Brendan has deep domain expertise in Life sciences, across all aspects of the supply chain, and demonstrated ability in diagnostics, strategic planning, organisation, team building and application of appropriate technologies and solutions that deliver tangible business benefit.

Joe Haugh, CEO
In his role as CEO Joe leads the day-to-day Operations of Zenith Technologies. Prior to this appointment, Joe held a variety of roles including Director of New Business Ventures and European General Manager. Joe has been working with Zenith Technologies since 2000 and has over 20 years Life Science experience spread over a number of countries including Ireland, the U.S. and England. During this time he has worked on some of Europe’s largest pharmaceutical plants for companies such as Pfizer, Wyeth and GlaxoSmithKline. His extensive knowledge of the Life Science and related industries ensures that Zenith’s products and services are of the highest quality and integrate the most innovative technologies. Joe is responsible for the on-going support of the company’s long term and short term corporate business goals.

Sean O'Connor, EU Director
Sean joined Zenith Technologies in 2001 and has worked in a variety of engineering and management roles during this time at Zenith, from site and office based lead automation roles on various sites/projects globally to an engineering management role in Europe. In a previous role at Zenith Sean was responsible for the Site Services Business Unit, covering a portfolio of services ranging from Professional Placement (encompassing commissioning and validation support and staff augmentation), to Managed Services Solutions focused on providing life cycle support and modifications. Since 2016, Sean has taken over the role of Director of European Operations.

In this role Sean is responsible for all activities in the European region for Zenith Technologies. Zenith Technologies has offices in Ireland, Belgium and Germany with various office and site activities across all manufacturing systems in these countries plus Denmark, Holland, Switzerland and Sweden.
Prior to working at Zenith Sean worked with ProsCon from 1995 to 2001 and prior to that with Kentz International.

Bryan McSwiney, Asia Director
In his role as Global Director of Technical Operations, Bryan leads the global business units within Zenith. Bryan has over 25 years’ experience in the Life Science sector and has worked with Zenith Technologies since 1999. Bryan has held a variety of roles over that timeframe across engineering, project management, sales and key account management, operations, country management and regional director and business P&L.
A significant portion of Bryan’s career to date has been in an international environment where he previously led the Zenith market entry into Asia, where he was based prior to returning to Ireland to take up his current role.

Jamie Barrett, US Director
Jamie joined Zenith Technologies in 2004, with a degree in process engineering from UCC. He spent a year working in the sales and marketing group in Cork, before moving to the US in 2005, working on the automation team to deliver a biotech expansion in Zenith’s first project engagement in the region.

Following the success of this project, Jamie was involved in a number of US and global projects in various roles, acting as both a client consultant, and as lead engineer with the Zenith system integration team. Jamie assumed the role of Engineering Manager in 2015, working to broaden and develop the Zenith organization in the US region across the four offices, before taking the role of General Manager.

Wendy Reddington, UK General Manager
Wendy Reddington has a Degree from University of Leeds in Management Studies and Philosophy. Coming from a project management background, Wendy has previously worked on our MES Service division, worked primarily on MES deployment projects for key clients before setting up Zenith’s new Global Service centre. She has strong expertise in project / programme management and business process design and implementation in Life Sciences.

In previous roles she has worked on Programme Management and Operational Management in Local Government, Transport and Retail, delivering and operating large IT programmes/ services in these industries.
As General Manager of the UK, Wendy is dedicated to improving the customer experience, delivering a team that are customer focused, flexible and innovative in the solutions they deliver.

Jim Lehane, Director Technical Operations
Jim has recently taken on a new role of Technical Operations Director at Zenith. In this new role Jim will be responsible for Zenith’s Business Units, Global Engineering, Global Operations and NBI. Jim works closely with our Regional General Managers and Project Teams who deliver high quality solutions tailored to customer’s requirements.

Prior to this Jim held roles as Regional Director for North America, and Projects Director for Europe. He has been with Zenith since 2004. He has over 20 years’ experience working in both the Life Science and Petro Chemical industries where he has managed several major multi-million euro programs. Jim’s core discipline is in Project Management and EI&A Engineering. Jim is a graduate of Cork Institute of Technology where he received an Honours Degree in Applied Physics and Instrumentation.

Stuart Richards, Global Sales and Marketing Director
Stuart leads Zenith’s sales teams and central marketing functions, working closely with Global Customers defining their strategic requirements. Prior to this appointment Stuart ran Zenith’s UK operations and was responsible for the MES business unit globally. With a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Mid Glamorgan, Stuart has spent over 25 years within the Life Science industry, working for 11 years in his early career with GSK in various roles and locations.

This was followed by senior roles in a number of leading automation and MES software companies before joining Zenith in 2008. Stuart has built a unique perspective of the Life Science industry from both customer and service provider, and has a clear vision of delivering the highest quality and value to Zenith’s customers. Dominic Galvin, Chief Financial Officer
In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Dominic leads global financial management for Zenith group. He joined Zenith in 2010 and is responsible for global financial planning and analysis, controllership, M&A, tax and treasury management.
He has 25 years experience in a range of businesses and industries and worked in his early career with General Electric (GE) for ten years in Ireland, Netherlands and US, in finance and operations and is a graduate of their Experienced Financial Leadership Program (EFLP). He also worked with US Multinational Company Cendant Corporation, covering Finance Operations and Process excellence for a number of years.

Prior to joining Zenith he was Finance Director for PCH International, and was responsible for global finance across sites in Ireland, China and USA
He is a chartered accountant and Bachelor of Commerce graduate of University College Cork.

David Staunton, Director Site Services
As Director of Global Managed Services, David leads the delivery of site services out of Zenith’s 16 offices globally.
David has over 20 years’ experience in Project and Risk Management in the Life Science Industry. He has delivered Automation and MES projects for clients including: Sanofi, Pfizer, MSD, GSK, AbbVie and Amgen. David has integrated risk management into project management to improve delivery, decision making, accountability and prioritisation.
David has direct experience ensuring that Automation and MES projects and services have clear business cases and deliver on their promised benefits. With a BEng Hons in Aerospace Engineering, and an MSc in Project Management, David also lectures in project management for Masters Programmes at UCD.

Shea Fahy, Global HR Director
Shea joined Zenith in January 2015 in our newly created Global HR Director role. He is responsible for all people aspects of the company, which includes our people strategy, resourcing the business, performance management, developing our people, plus engaging and communicating with our teams worldwide.
In his early career Shea served in the Irish Defence forces here in Ireland, Lebanon and North Africa for 14 years. Following a post Graduate Diploma in HR from UCC, he joined IBEC in Cork for 3 years and subsequently worked with Musgraves, initially as a HR Manager and then becoming their HR Director in both Ireland and GB, working with their retail brands in both countries for over 13 years. Shea is a Graduate of NUIG and has a keen interest in a wide range of sports.

James Keaveney, Director Global Operations
James has recently taken responsibility for Global Operations within Zenith. He will oversee the delivery of the services which we provide to our clients across all business platforms. He works with regional GM’s & Operations Managers to ensure a high level of consistency in our solutions.

James is also Director Project Management Office (PMO), and is responsible for the development of the Program and Project Management Discipline within Zenith Technologies, development of a knowledge base to support efficient operations and the provision of processes and tools to support this function across the organisation. The PMO will help differentiate Zenith Technologies as a recognised global class leader in the discipline and will contribute to it becoming a more dynamic learning organisation capable of flexing for future growth in alignment with its strategic objectives. James also plays an active role in contributing to our overall direction and strategy.
James joined Zenith Technologies in 2007 as Operations Manager in Cork before, subsequently, being appointed Operations Lead Europe and, later, General Manager Ireland and Europe. While in these positions, James grew the EU operation very successfully making it the largest region in our organisation. He assumed the PMO role in January 2016.
Prior to joining Zenith Technologies, James spent nine years with ProsCon managing complex automation projects for a variety of major multinational clients principally in the life science industry.
James initiated his career in Siemens AG, where he spent ten years in a variety of automation-related roles ranging from field services engineer, site manager through to systems specialist, based out of Germany with extended assignments in Spain and the USA.
James holds a B.E. from UCD, a Masters in Project Management (MPM) from UL, a Diploma in Applied Project Management from IPM and is PMI® PMP® accredited.“

Trevor Marshall, Director Global Engineering
As Director for global engineering Trevor leads the global engineering team with oversight and direction for the technical solution provided to clients across all the manufacturing platforms, including Automation, Manufacturing Execution Systems and Digital Industry 4.0. Global engineering is also responsible for the communities of practice across the organisation and leads all consultancy engagements for Zenith globally.

Previously Trevor worked as Director for System Integration Business in Zenith. Responsibilities included growing the automation systems business unit working globally with the regional project delivery teams to share best practice and technical solutions. Trevor also worked as a senior systems consultant to the industry working on concept designs, basic design, technology assessments and project assessments. Other responsibilities included Zenith’s business information and internal IT departments, overseeing many new infrastructure and business application projects for the organisation. Trevor joined Zenith technologies in 1999 as a lead automation engineer executing and leading many large scale capital projects for Zenith in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. Trevor went on to take a managerial role within Zenith, firstly as engineering manager for the European region before going on to business unit lead for the system integration business. Before Zenith Trevor worked with ProsCon and Oral-B Laboratories.
