We have an immediate requirement for a National Sales Manager – Serialization (SEA Vision) North America (JO692)

Position Summary Zenith Technologies (ZT) is currently looking to hire a National Sales Manager for North America Sales of our SEA Vision Serialization Business.

Zenith Technologies have a distribution agreement in place for North America with SEA Vision

SEA Vision is one of the leading suppliers of Serialization Technologies in Europe and already has global agreements in place with some of the largest Life Science companies.  We now want to leverage on this Business in the US and Canada markets

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of the product and service sales as well as building the technical operations team

Report to Global Director New Business Introduction (NBI)

Qualifications, Experience / Skills:

Main Responsibilities / Duties:

Responsibilities

General

  • Ensure  that the North America Sea Vision sales targets are met
  • Focus on new Sales and Management and growth of SEA Accounts
  • With support from marketing will be responsible for lead generation and qualification
  • Develop critical pursuits strategies as required
  • Develop awareness of the SEA Vision brand and services within the country
  • Ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is fully updated all times
  • Ensure  that Zenith Technologies is aware of market developments and opportunities in North America
  • Report on sales activities in the Country
  • Support and input into the development of the marketing Strategy for the region
  • Support sales efforts in other countries as required occasionally
  • Support marketing events within the country and regional as required
  • Take ownership and responsibility for proposal delivery and compliance. Generation of proposal is supported by the Director of Serialization and Sea Vision Sales Support staff
  • Follow up on proposals and coordinate any clarifications leading to complete proposal understanding and subsequent client acceptance
  • Lead and finalize technical and commercial negotiations with clients

 

Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of the North America Packaging & Serialization industry
    • Proven background in sales & marketing within the Life Science industry in North America
    • Ability to live the Zenith Technologies Values and behaviours
    • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
  • Degree Qualification in Engineering, Technology, Software Design or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Proactive sales approach in a competitive environment
  • Motivated by working to targets; the ideal professional will be a self-directed team player able to use discretion and independent judgment
  • Ability to leverage existing strong industry network
  • Possess the ability to work well in diverse multinational teams
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to work well in diverse multinational teams
  • Experienced in prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with challenging deadlines
  • Availability to travel within country with the occasional requirement to travel within Europe
  • Strong people relationship skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of technical specialists and other support people
  • Ability to access executive level personnel and identify opportunities for Zenith products and/or services from consultative discussions
  • Proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism
  • Ability to understand quickly the concepts of the Zenith Business and the related industry core requirements
