If you do not require full managed services for your infrastructure you might be more suited to our Service Level Support service. As part of this service level agreement you decide what resources you require to meet your business goals, and we agree contractually to meet these requirements.

The placement of resource comes under agreed contractual conditions such as:

  • Rate table for all types/grades of resources
  • Maximum response time for mobilisation of resources
  • Time and Materials, Not to Exceed Budget
