DeltaV Engineer
We are currently seeking experienced Delta-V Engineers with a minimum of 2 years experience for a number of roles initially based in our Cork Office. Interested applicants should also be flexible on travel.
Within this role you will:
- Generate Functional Design Specifications for the Delta-V DCS system
- Generate Delta-V Batch code (FBD & SFC's)
- Generate and execute test documentation & protocols as part of a cross discipline team
- Red-line design documentation (FDS) and drawings
- Trouble shoot DCS software problems
- Raise and process change requests for hardware / software changes
You will need:
- Good understanding of Automation systems
- Minimum of 2 years Delta-V DCS batch configuration experience
- Degree Qualified in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering / Applied Physics & Instrumentation
- Familiar with the ISA S.88 model for Batch Control Systems
- Experience of sterile manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, safety and environmental regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of the production & utility processes (in particular Cleaning In Place)
- Team player with the ability to work to meet client deadlines efficiently.
Commissioning Engineer
We are currently seeking experienced Commissioning Engineers with a minimum of 2 years experience for a number of roles in Mainland Europe.
Within this role you will:
- Assist in the generation of commissioning test plans and protocols.
- Ensure a high standard of cGMP documentation and that is compliant with regulations
- Participate as a member of commissioning test teams in the execution of test protocols.
- Execute test protocols to support static and operational commissioning/qualification requirements for utilities, process equipment and process automation.
- Assist in the generation of final summary reports
- Assist in instrument testing and tuning via the PCS
You will need:
- Good understanding of Automation systems
- Minimum of 2 years DCS based Automation/Commissioning experience
- Degree Qualified in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering / Applied Physics & Instrumentation
- Familiar with the ISA S.88 model for Batch Control Systems
- Experience of sterile manufacturing within the Biotech industry
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, safety and environmental regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of the production (Upstream & Downstream) & utility processes within a Biotech facility.
- Team player with the ability to work to meet client deadlines efficiently.
- Understanding of French would be an advantage
We are also currently seeking to fill the following roles in Mainland Europe:
Process Operators
5 to 10 years Pharmaceutical or Regulated experience with automated process equipment. DeltaV being most desirable.
Biotechnicians
2 to 5 years Pharmaceutical or Regulated experience with automated process equipment. DeltaV being most desirable.
Process Engineers
1 to 3 years Pharmaceutical or Regulated experience with some automated process equipment / OQ experience.
